VEGAN COCONUT ORANGE BLISS BALLS

FINALLY! A recipe for you guys! I have been trying to create a recipe post for so long but it just hasn't happened (because I usually eat the food before I get a chance to take a photo). But the process is actually quite different from the posts I usually do so this was an exciting little change.

This recipe wouldn't have happened if not for an amazing lady that came into my life. Amita reached out to me because she wanted to know more about the blogging world and how she can share her passions through it. This girl has some seriously good vibes. She is so passionate about eating whole foods, listening to your body, and is on her way to becoming a nutritionist. She's the brains behind this recipe, I just did lots of taste testing.

Okay, time to talk about the vegan coconut orange bliss balls! These balls are packed with energy and good-for-you ingredients. They are delicious, nutritious, and can satisfy any sweet tooth.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Dates
  • Cashews
  • Shredded coconut
  • Coconut Oil
  • Maple Syrup
  • Hemp Hearts
  • Lucuma
  • Cinnamon
  • and Orange Zest

This recipe is so easy because you literally throw everything into the food processor!

In the spirit of Valentine's Day we decided to add some dark chocolate drizzle. The chocolate is optional, but highly recommended. And then we paired it with Unreserved Smooth Red wine.

Side note: I usually stay away from red wine because it gives me a headache but this one is so yummy and easy to drink!

Are you drooling yet?!?

This is such a quick but special treat to make for the person you love (or yourself)! Cuddling up with some bliss balls, Netflix and wine? Sounds like the perfect night to me.
